Throughout our chef’s small plate dinner series, Chef Nick Faucher and the Cedar Street Grille team have taken us on quite a diverse culinary ride this year. Chef Nick has also been on his own culinary journey since joining Table 3 Restaurant Group more than 5 years ago. Chef Nick has been learning and mastering his craft while delighting thousands of customers with inspired small plates and special entrees at both The Duck and Cedar Street Grille. This is going to be a special dinner where Chef Nick prepares the dishes that he has found to be both inspirational and, of course, noteworthy for the combination of flavors they present. Come along and experience Chef Nick’s diverse culinary interests through Cedar-style tapas plates and find out why our chef’s tapas dinners have earned such rave reviews. Make your reservations early because we expect this dinner to sell out quickly. Pricing for this dinner is $55.00* per person and includes a special regional cocktail, wine, or beer.
